Delivery Coverage
We deliver to all cities and towns across Pakistan. Whether you are in Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Peshawar, Quetta, or any other location, we have got you covered.
Delivery Timeframes
- Major Cities: 2-3 business days (Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad)
- Other Cities: 3-5 business days
- Remote Areas: 5-7 business days
Orders placed before 2:00 PM (Monday-Saturday) are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM or on Sundays/public holidays will be dispatched the next business day.
Shipping Charges
- Free Shipping: On all orders above Rs. 5,000
- Standard Shipping: Rs. 300 flat rate for orders below Rs. 5,000
Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS and email. You can use this tracking number to monitor your shipment status through our courier partner's website.
Payment Method
We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan. Payment is collected at the time of delivery. Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive and pay for the order.
Important Notes
- Delivery times may vary during peak seasons, sales events, or public holidays.
- Please ensure your delivery address and phone number are correct to avoid delays.
- If no one is available to receive the order after multiple delivery attempts, the order may be returned to us.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services or unforeseen circumstances.
