Return & Exchange Policy
Return Window
We offer a 14-day return/exchange window from the date of delivery. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange the item within this period.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must meet the following conditions:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
- Original tags and labels must be attached
- Items must be in their original packaging
- Items must not be damaged by the customer
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Stitched or altered items (custom orders)
- Items purchased during clearance or final sale
- Undergarments and innerwear
- Items with removed tags or signs of use
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact us via WhatsApp or email at wareezaofficial@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery
- Provide your order number and reason for return
- Our team will review your request and share return instructions
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging
- Ship the item back using the provided instructions
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact our support team. Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the desired item is not available, we will process a return instead.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the product. We will arrange a free pickup and replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
Refund Process
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive the returned item
- For COD orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer or EasyPaisa/JazzCash
- Return shipping costs are borne by the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect
