How do I place an order?+
Simply browse our collection, select your desired product, choose your size and color, and click 'Add to Cart'. Once you're ready, proceed to checkout and fill in your delivery details. We accept Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan.
What payment methods do you accept?+
We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) across Pakistan. You pay when your order is delivered to your doorstep.
How long does delivery take?+
Standard delivery takes 3-5 business days across Pakistan. Orders placed before 2 PM are dispatched the same day. You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped.
Is shipping free?+
Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders above Rs. 5,000. For orders below Rs. 5,000, a flat shipping fee of Rs. 300 applies.
What is your return policy?+
We offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached. To initiate a return, contact us via WhatsApp or email.
Can I exchange a product?+
Yes, exchanges are available within 14 days of delivery. If you need a different size or color, contact our support team and we'll arrange the exchange for you.
How do I track my order?+
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via SMS and email. You can use this number to track your shipment on our courier partner's website.
Do you deliver nationwide?+
Yes, we deliver to all major cities and towns across Pakistan including Karachi, Lahore, Islamabad, Rawalpindi, Faisalabad, Multan, Peshawar, Quetta, and more.
What if I receive a damaged or wrong product?+
We're sorry if that happens! Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund.
Are your products stitched or unstitched?+
We offer both stitched (ready-to-wear/pret) and unstitched collections. Each product page clearly mentions whether the item is stitched or unstitched along with fabric details.
